We've made quite a few rosettes ourselves. How depends on what kind of profile you want. What shape of rosettes would you like?

I've made my own from scrap Perspex (polymethacrylate sheet)

I've made a number of my own. I bought a 1/2" sheet of Polyethylene (HDPE) 24"x24" from McMaster-Carr and cut it into a number of round blanks. Just make sure that your final cut surface is REALLY SMOOTH! Any minor imperfections translate directly to your work.
